This privacy policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your information when you use our apps and website. We take users’ privacy seriously. Our paid apps do not display advertisements and therefore do not collect users’ personal data. Some of our free apps display advertisements, the revenue of which will be used for further development of new and existing apps and maintainance of our apps. The ad networks we use collect certain data including, but not limited to, device identifiers for the purpose of serving personalized advertisements. By using our apps, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this privacy policy. If you do not agree to this privacy policy, please do not use our apps.

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) is effective from 1st January 2020 and was enacted to provide California consumers with greater transparency and control over their personal data. Some of our apps disclose user data requested by ad networks for the purpsoe of providing users with personalized advertisements. Under CCPA, this may constitute selling of personal data. The ad networks we use provide opt out mechanisms. Outside of disclosing this data to ad networks, we do not sell any user’s personal data. GDPR

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is effective from 25th May 2018. It is designed to strengthen rights to privacy and make sure that all companies deal with all personal data covered by GDPR according to EU and UK laws.
